Finally I have made it to the last day of the diet challenge and for the 6 day this week I’ve been hitting the gym pretty hard. Here’s a quick video of the progress I have made in the past 7 days.

Pullups – 4 sets @ 8 pullups
Barbell Rows – 3 sets @ 30 kgs – 10 reps
Single Arm Dumbell Back Row – 3 sets @ 30 kgs – 10 reps
Lat pull down – 3 sets @ 40 kgs – 10 reps
Legs
Sqat with bar across shoulder – 4 sets @ 60-90 kgs
Leg Press – 3 sets @ 20-40 kgs
Calf Raise – 3 sets @ 40 kgs
